No. 22 Collingwood will be a multi-story mixed-use development enhancing the observatory precinct by over 17,000m2 of bulk. It will serve as a contributing scheme to lessen Cape Town’s student and young professionals housing shortage at more affordable prices, whilst at the same time offering luxurious and bespoke units. The streetscape will be activated giving life to the neighbourhood and offering a full Live, Work, Play solution to students and young professionals.
