Latitude was a small boutique apartment development in trendy Green Point. This project was done in partnership with Prime One Properties who project managed the development.
A residential plot with an existing house was purchased and rezoned for a small six unit block of upmarket apartments.
The units were all two bedroom en-suites with splash pools, open plan living areas and a Balinese style common area. Finishes were high-end and luxurious throughout.
The apartment block was considered the benchmark of upmarket apartment living in the area at the time, and the units became sought-after when they came on the market for resale.
